Standard scope included
- Agency setup scope for one branded marketplace.
- Up to 500 listings migrated.
- Two design revision rounds and two training sessions total.
- Custom feeds, commission/payment logic and new functionality quoted separately.
- Reusable listing pages, search results and standard app screens do not count toward your custom content-page allowance.
- Supported connector configuration is included. Paid provider services are separate, with requirements and estimated costs disclosed before payment. Custom integrations need a separate quote.
- The standard setup is $14,995. Additional work requires a separately approved quote before payment.

A 12-month commitment starts at launch. Choose your listing allowance and pay monthly or annually. Your plan stays in place until you change it.

Included in your subscription
- Hosting, backups, security updates, platform maintenance and ticket support.
- One hour of minor content or configuration changes each month, with no rollover. Bug fixes do not use this hour; new features and larger changes are quoted separately.
Your listing allowance
- Your chosen plan stays in place until an authorized billing user changes it. A lower listing count does not automatically reduce your price.
- Only managed, published properties count, including inventory published by your contributors. Draft, unpublished, archived and deleted listings are excluded. External MLS/IDX search results are excluded unless imported and published as managed inventory.
- Capacity alerts are planned at 80% and 100%. You can create drafts at any time; publishing beyond your allowance requires a confirmed upgrade. Only admins or authorized users with Billing permission can confirm a plan change; other users see the capacity notification.
Changing your plan
- Monthly upgrades charge the prorated price difference for the remaining billing month. Extra capacity starts after payment is confirmed; the new monthly price applies from your next UTC billing date.
- Monthly downgrades require confirmation and take effect on the next billing date, provided your published inventory fits the lower allowance. There is no refund for the current month.
- Annual plans prepay 12 times the chosen monthly rate. Annual upgrades require an approved quote for the prorated difference over the remaining term, with capacity available after payment. Plan changes do not restart your 12-month commitment or change its end date.

- The setup fee covers custom design and configuration. Your subscription provides the hosted, maintained Imobria platform.
- You retain your branding, content and listing data. Source-code handover is not included in the standard packages.
