Your design, paid once
We design your branded website and app screens around your brand. A one-time setup of $4,995 for Agent, $9,995 for Agency or $14,995 for Marketplace.
One shared real estate platform
Every product runs on the same platform with every module: CRM, listings, transactions, documents, invoicing and more. Updates reach every client.
A monthly plan for your listings
From $99 a month for up to 100 listings. You choose the plan and move up when you need more. No charge per user, with a 12-month minimum from launch.

Pick Agent, Agency or Marketplace and your listing plan. Not sure? The product finder recommends one in four questions.

Agree your scope
We agree what we'll set up for you: your modules, content pages and delivery window. Nothing is charged until then.
- 03You
Reserve your project
Pay the reservation deposit to book your project: $1,500 for Agent, $3,000 for Agency or $4,500 for Marketplace.
- 04Us
Design and setup
We design your front end, connect your domain and move up to 500 of your listings, in 3–5, 7–10 or 10–14 business days.
- 05Together
Approve and launch
You review the platform, with two revision rounds. Pay the remaining balance and we launch. Your monthly plan starts here.
- 06You
Your monthly listing plan
You choose a listing plan: $99 a month for up to 100 listings, up to $2,500 for 10,000. Move up a plan when you need more.
