Analytics that begin with the right questions.

Understand what your team needs to review, which activity can answer it and where that information comes from. Useful reporting starts there.

We agree your requirements and scope before implementation.

Reporting brief · illustrative compositionSample data, not a live product screen

A chart cannot fix an unclear question.

A busy team can produce plenty of activity without a clear picture of what needs attention. Before choosing a dashboard, decide what you want to understand and whether the underlying records support that view.

01

Choose an operational question

Start with a real review conversation: which work needs attention, what happened to an inquiry or how a process is being used. Define the question in terms your team recognizes.

02

Identify the records behind it

Agree the source, meaning and completeness of the information. A useful view needs consistent records and permissions, not just an attractive presentation.

03

Make the review actionable

Decide who will review the information and what they should do next. The available views and any reporting work are confirmed during scoping, rather than assumed from an illustrative dashboard.

Bring the questions your current reports leave unanswered.

Analytics is an approved module area. Specific metrics, dashboards, exports and reporting requirements still need to be agreed against available product capabilities and data.

Two questions to start with

  • What decision should the information support?
  • Which records can reliably answer that question?
